Microbes can propagate in the air, carried by our bodies’ skin or in small droplets ejected when coughing, sneezing or spitting.
Other people can be contaminated by breathing them in. Germs can also be spread indirectly on all the surfaces they reach. Rooms should be aired at least once a day, especially rooms frequented for long hours (bedrooms, kitchen, etc.). In order to improve our homes’ air quality we should vacuum and mop large surfaces frequently with non-aggressive but effective products.
