The tea towels used to wipe dishes and hands harbour many germs!
Remember to change them regularly.

Cutting boards and worktops
Cutting boards and worktops are areas in direct contact with food. They should therefore be cleaned and disinfected systematically before use in order to prevent the spread of germs. To do this, spray SANYTOL Kitchen Protection Disinfectant Degreaser, leave it to work for 15 minutes and rinse with clean water.
To avoid cross-contamination, avoid cutting vegetables that will be eaten raw after meat, poultry or seafood.
It is important to wash and sanitise rubbish frequently to prevent bad smells.

The refrigerator should be cleaned thoroughly, ideally every two weeks. To do this, clean and disinfect the outside of the fridge, using, for instance, SANYTOL Multi-Purpose Protection Disinfectant. Insist on the door, which is often touched after handling food, then the interior (shelves, vegetable drawers, compartments, etc.).

Sink and tap

Clean and sanitise your floor, especially in areas near kitchen furniture. There is dirt like grease and food there.
